TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT & USE

  • By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, course, membership, workshop, session, event, or content provided by Sa Ra Sun Academy (“the Academy”), you (“the Student”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full.

    1. Educational Purpose Only
  • All content, teachings, programs, sessions, courses, materials, and guidance provided by Sa Ra Sun Academy are offered solely for personal development, educational, informational, and self-growth purposes.
  • The Academy does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing within any program or content should be interpreted as such.
  • The Student understands and agrees that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion and responsibility.

    2. Personal Responsibility
  • The Student acknowledges that:
  • • They are solely responsible for their own mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, and personal wellbeing.
  • • They take full responsibility for how they apply, interpret, and act upon any teachings, exercises, guidance, or information received.
  • • Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
  • The Academy makes no promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding outcomes, results, earnings, healing, emotional states, or life changes.

    3. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship
  • Participation in any Academy program does not establish a medical, psychological, therapeutic, counselling, or healthcare relationship.
  • Students experiencing medical or psychological conditions are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare professional.

    4. No Refund Policy
  • Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final.

  • • No exchanges
  • • No chargebacks
  • • No partial credits
  • Once access to any course, program, membership, or digital content is granted, the Student waives all rights to refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-use, personal circumstances, or perceived outcomes.

    5. Intellectual Property
  • All content, materials, videos, audios, texts, teachings, downloads, and proprietary systems provided by Sa Ra Sun Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.
  • The Student may not:
  • • Copy
  • • Share
  • • Reproduce
  • • Distribute
  • • Sell
  • • Teach
  • • License
  • • Upload
  • • Or otherwise exploit any content without written permission.
  • Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

    6. Access & Membership Rights
  • The Academy reserves the right to:
  • • Modify content
  • • Update materials
  • • Adjust access levels
  • • Remove or restrict access
  • • Terminate accounts at its discretion for misuse, violation, or misconduct.

    7. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sa Ra Sun Academy shall not be held liable for any:
  • • Loss
  • • Injury
  • • Emotional distress
  • • Mental health impacts
  • • Financial loss
  • • Business outcomes
  • • Personal decisions
  • • Or indirect or consequential damages
  • arising from participation in any Academy content or programs.

    8. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sa Ra Sun Academy is registered and operated.

    9. Agreement
  • By purchasing or accessing any Sa Ra Sun Academy program, the Student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

    10. Non-Disparagement & Defamation
  • The Student agrees to engage with Sa Ra Sun Academy, its founder, staff, content, teachings, and community spaces in good faith, respect, and integrity.
  • The Student agrees that they will not engage in any form of false statements, misrepresentation, defamation, slander, libel, harassment, malicious communications, or public or private disparagement relating to:
  • • Sa Ra Sun Academy
  • • Its founder
  • • Its programs, services, courses, teachings, or content
  • • Its business practices
  • • Its community members
  • including but not limited to social media posts, messages, emails, forums, reviews, commentary, or third-party communications.
  • The Student acknowledges that the spreading of false or misleading information may cause reputational, emotional, and financial harm.
  • Sa Ra Sun Academy reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including termination of access without refund, legal action, and claims for damages, costs, and injunctive relief.

    11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
  • All teachings, processes, frameworks, recordings, exercises, materials, downloads, and discussions shared within Sa Ra Sun Academy are considered confidential proprietary information.
  • Students agree that they will not:

  • • Record
  • • Reproduce
  • • Distribute
  • • Teach
  • • Publish
  • • Screenshot
  • • Upload
  • • Sell
  • • Or disclose any Academy content or discussions without express written permission.
  • This applies to both paid and free programs and continues indefinitely after termination of access.

    12. Community Conduct & Behaviour
  • All members are expected to uphold a respectful, safe, and supportive environment.
  • The Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
  • • Harassment
  • • Abuse
  • • Hate speech
  • • Threats
  • • Bullying
  • • Discrimination
  • • Manipulation
  • • Boundary violations
  • • Disruptive behaviour
  • • Coercive or harmful communication
  • Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

    13. Termination of Access
  • Sa Ra Sun Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any program, membership, or content, without refund, if any Terms are violated or if behaviour is deemed harmful to the integrity of the Academy or its community.
  • 14. Recording & Privacy Protection
  • Students agree they will not record, screenshot, or redistribute any sessions, live calls, hypnosis sessions, recordings, replays, or proprietary content.
  • Any unauthorized recording or distribution may result in immediate termination and legal action.

    15. Cease & Desist Enforcement
  • If the Academy becomes aware of any misuse, defamation, content theft, misrepresentation, impersonation, or reputational harm, the Academy reserves the right to issue a formal Cease & Desist Notice and pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs.
